Tell us
One email describing what you want built, what you need taken over, or what keeps breaking. Your own words are fine. There is no form and no intake call before anyone technical reads it.
Step 2
We scope it
We work out what the job actually is, what done and running means, and what it costs. You get that in writing, in a length you will read.
Step 3
We build it, or take it on
New builds arrive in increments, so you see working software early rather than waiting for one reveal at the end. Existing systems get stabilised first, then improved.
Step 4
We run it
Monitored, patched, backed up and answered when it breaks, with a report you can read in five minutes. This is the step most suppliers leave out, and it is the reason the first three are worth anything.
