Four services, one company.
Software, the IT underneath it, advice on what to fix first, and the AI parts. Whichever you start with, the same people stay accountable for it working.
Not sure which one you need? Describe the problem in an email and we will tell you.
What we do
Software development
New products built from scratch, and systems already in production taken over and kept running.
What we build
For a founder or an operations lead with a product
IT support
Managed IT for firms with no IT team: email, accounts, backups, security and a helpdesk.
How it works
For a firm of five to thirty people with no IT team
IT advisory
An assessment of what you are running, ending in a written report and a plan ranked worst first.
What the assessment covers
For anyone who needs to know what to fix first
AI engineering
The AI part of a product, and automation of work inside a business, both measured before they ship.
How we build it
For a team with a use for AI and no way to tell if it works
The reason they are sold by one company rather than four.
Why all four
Most development shops hand over a repository and disappear. Most IT firms cannot build anything. Most advisors never have to live with their own advice, because somebody else implements it.
Doing all four means we are accountable for the thing working rather than just for it shipping. The engineers who built your system are the ones who get the call about it. The advice we give you is advice we may have to carry out.
That last part cuts both ways, and we say so plainly on the advisory page: an advisor who also sells the implementation has a reason to recommend the implementation. What we do about it is written down there.
One email, read by an engineer. No form, on purpose.
Start with the problem, not the service
Describe what is going wrong or what you want built, in your own words. We will tell you which of these it is, whether it is work we should take, and what it would cost, before anything starts.
